About Blind Children's Learning Center

For 48 years the Blind Children’s Learning Center has been providing direct services to blind and visually impaired children. From birth through the 12th grade, the Center is there for the child and parents from diagnosis through every stage in the child's development - all the way to young adulthood. Each year over 300 children benefit from the programs offered.

We recognize that the family is the most important influence in the child's life and we take a holistic approach. We provide support and encouragement, helping the parents to deal with the concerns they feel. Parents come to understand that they make a huge difference and learn how to help in their baby's development and beyond.
