The Mission of Blind Children's Learning Center is to provide early
intervention, education, and services for blind, visually impaired and
deaf/blind infants and youth and their families to allow access to
education in preparation to lead independent lives.
Orange County Fair
It was a all school field trip to the OC Fair where the children enjoyed the rides and animals.
