4th of July Celebration Hosted by Special Friends

Thanks to the Kagasoff Family, the Fourth of July was a very special celebration for the kids at Blind Children's Learning Center. Dick, Kuzuko and Edon Kagasoff hosted a party in their newly remodeled home in Newport Beach (formerly the Guggenheim Estate) to benefit the Center. Guests dined on an international menu that included sushi, bar-be-que and lamb while being entertained by live music, a silent auction and raffle. The evening concluded with a spectacular fireworks show over the bay. Thanks to the Kagasoff's generous support - and that of their friends - the event raised almost $8,000 for the Center's programs to help blind and visually impaired children triumph in a sighted world. All of us at Blind Children's Learning Center are grateful to the Kagasoffs for their continued support!
