Our Mission

The Mission of Blind Children's Learning Center is to provide early intervention, education, and services for blind, visually impaired and deaf/blind infants and youth and their families to allow access to education in preparation to lead independent lives.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund of your donation at any time by writing to Blind Children's Learning Center at:

In the letter, please include your name as it appears on your card, contact information including address, phone number and e-mail address, the date of your donation, amount of your donation that you would like refunded, type of card and your credit card number.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of your letter for your donation to be refunded. Donations made online will be refunded to the credit card that you used.
