Cooking With Vision

The Green Parrot Cafe

Chef Lawrence Hutchinson will present a Special Spring Menu.

Chef Lawrence graduated from The New England Culinary Institute, one of the most respected culinary schools in the country.  His varied cooking experiences include cooking for skiers in Stowe, Vermint to The Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey.

He went on to In-House Chef at The Creative Cafe, a company that creates and edits sounds for films.  He was given full-rein to develop creative and imaginative menus.  He has worked as Chef for film industry catering, cooking for such stars as Tom Hanks and Arnold Schwartzennegger.

He now calls The Green Parrot Cafe home, where he prefers cooking "California Cuisine" which is clean, fresh, and flavorful.
