Blindness is not a handicap. It is the lack of access to things that sighted people take for granted that impairs people.

The Blind Children's Learning Center is here to provide a way for visually impaired children to overcome the challenges presented by their disability. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the generous contributions from outside sources such as corporations, private foundations, government grants, and individual donors to make this possible. Children are accepted into our program regardless of their family's ability to pay. Therefore, the Blind Children's Learning Center is dependent on the support of its surrounding community. Children are our future and the visually impaired children of Orange County are no exception. If you would like to get involved in brightening a child's future through a financial contribution to the Center, there are several avenues available to you.

A check or cash gift given directly to the BCLC is a quick and easy way to show your support.

If you want to leave your mark on the world, why not influence the lives of children and have an impact on their future as well. Create a personal legacy by including the BCLC in your will or trust.

Honor or commemorate a loved one by making a donation to the BCLC in their name. A notification card is sent to the person of your choice.

Just donate that old car to the BCLC and drive home the message of support for the children. You'll receive a tax deduction for the full blue book value of the car and the proceeds will benefit students at the Center. We do all the paper work.
