Cooking "Cuban" will be the focus of our Wednesday, November 20 event at Habana, Costa Mesa. Habana promotes "Nuevo Latino Cuisine" which is definedas a "fusion" of the best of the best of Caribbean and Cuban style cuisine. Chef Miguel Quintero trained in the United States is the best tradition of Alice Waters of the famed Chez Panisse.

$45 per person - Class size is limited. Reservations are required. Reservation deadline is November 13.
