Disney Show Your Character Partners with Villa Park High School

Blind Children's Learning Center was awarded a $5,000 donation from Disney Resort. The gift was for their Show Your Character project in working with high school students. The project was with Villa Park High School's Honor Society who over several visits learned more about blind children and planned a sensory day. A special thanks to Wendy Danbury of a member of Disney VoluntEARS Leadership Council and Esther Cheng Villa Park High School advisor. The children had a fun day and we all appreciate everyone's participation.
