We accept the following insurance carriers for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Counseling services:

1. Contact the office via the form to the right or contact Kevin Fuhrmann at

(714) 573-8888 x 4122 or [email protected] to request a Registration Packet. Information and materials will be sent to you by mail.

2. Set up an appointment to meet with the Early Childhood Center for a tour.

3. Return the registration material to:

4. If your child has special medical needs, a medical panel will be set up prior to admission.
