Blind Children's Learning Center relies on community giving to fund more than 50% of the cost to offer critical programs and services.
At a recent ceremony, board members from the Kirchgessner Foundation and Blind Children's Learning Center dedicated the Karl F. Kramer Center for Early Intervention in Karl Kramer's honor.

Grant funding provides our students with specialized training to overcome the obstacles of blindness and learn to adapt to their visual impairment. ​
