For 55 years, children who are blind, deaf-blind, and visually impaired have received specialized training to maximize their full potential and meet meaningful goals and objectives. Our Mission is to prepare children with visual impairments for a life of independence through early intervention, education and family support.

Our History
In 1962, there were no services available to people who were blind in Orange County. Five blind individuals changed that.
