Weekend Enrichment Services Registration Page

We are excited to welcome your child to our pilot weekend enrichment program! Please complete the following directions carefully to register properly:
  1. Read Hold Harmless & Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment forms.
  2. Complete fields for child information form and press 'Submit'
  3. ​Submit payment and select session dates. If the full registration cost is a barrier to entry, please select 'Other Amount' in the payment field and enter an amount between $1 — $99.

    Child Information
    Staff and volunteers will be available to assist children with activities, eating and hygiene. If your child needs 1:1 support, we encourage a parent or guardian to participate in the activities with your child.
